How to Provide Feedback

Alternate Formats and Communication Supports

Feedback can be submitted in the format most convenient to the individual. Upon request, French River Trading Post will provide or arrange for accessible formats and communication supports. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Large print
  • Accessible electronic formats (e.g., Word, accessible PDF)
  • Verbal communication
  • Other methods as requested, where feasible

Requests for alternate formats or communication supports can be made through any of the contact methods listed above.


Acknowledgement and Response

  • Feedback will be acknowledged within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Where a response is required, French River Trading Post will provide it in the individual’s preferred format or communication support, where feasible.
  • All feedback will be reviewed by management, and appropriate action will be taken to address concerns or recommendations.

Privacy

All feedback will be handled in a confidential manner. Personal information will only be used to respond to the feedback and to comply with AODA requirements.
