We ship all items by regular parcel post to destinations in Canada only. Shipping rates are in Canadian funds. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for shipments within Ontario, 7 to 10 business days for all other Canadian destinations.

SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES:

Due to the change in United States trade policy and the end of de minimis exemption as of August 29, 2025, we have made the difficult decision to no longer ship to the U.S.  Should this policy change in the future, we will happily resume U.S. shipments.

RETURN POLICY: 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us for a refund or exchange, minus the cost of return shipping and related duty charges. In the event an item purchased from this website is defective, the French River Trading Post will cover shipping and duty costs incurred for the exchange or return. Customers should contact us by clicking here and providing their order # and reason for the return before shipping items.
